There are lots of resources online. The question is, is it worth it for you? It takes a really long time and requires a lot of dedication. If you're not willing to stick with it, then it's probably not worth it. If it's something you really want to do, then look the links for some info.

Foreskin restoration will increase sensitivity to his glans and make sex better for both you and him. Because of the lack of sensitivity in a circumcised penis, the man tends to make hard, infrequent thrusts to stimulate himself. As a circumcised man gets older, it becomes more difficult to climax and he will tend to wear out his partner. Foreskin restoration won't bring back the nerve endings and other specialized structures brought back by circumcision. Tissue expansion can only make more of the existing skin, but to you it should feel exactly the same as an intact penis. If you're having any trouble climaxing, his restoration would be beneficial for you. The foreskin is supposed to anchor the penis within the vagina so the man can thrust more gently and more regularly and still feel stimulated. If you ever get chafed by his corona when he pulls outwards, restoration will solve this too. I haven't heard of any health issues, other than the occasional minor tear in the skin from overzealous tugging. He won't break his penis or develop an infection, if that's what you're asking. Best of luck!

Well, people protest against foreskin removal. And you know, after looking at all the pros and cons, I'd rather lose some stimulation during sex then get infections from under the foreskin. It's nasty and you produce lots of "smegma" and all you od is continually wash your penis. IDK, and its also unsightly looking.
I'll stick to being circumsized. You should do more research before you go about doing this.
