what is up with my space ?, it will not let me or any of my friends on the site this sunday (superbowl sunday that is) and we have so much to say, lol to each other !...it will let us go to our profile, but will not let us log on or even read mail or anything else ?, it says that there is no internet connection, and can't find server........... this has been going on since midnight.......any ideas what is wrong ?

I haven't been able to get on myspace since Friday night. I have used Yahoo browser, regular Internet Explorer, and Firefox. Firefox says that the server was redirected & as if it doesn't recognize my IP address. Then yahoo brower shows "cannot find server", the same with regular Internet Explorer. I am still unable to connect to Myspace, I am able to look at other profiles, etc. but am not able to look at mine or even sign on. I went to my daughters profile & when I go to click on my picture, there is a line around my icon, & I am unable to get anywhere! I phoned my Internet Service Provider, and they said it was myspace. I wrote myspace, twice & I am waiting for a reply. I am not holding my breath, either. From what I understand, somehow when they merged with the UK, hundreds of usernames & password codes got lost, & I just wonder where they are & what caused this mess. I am certain they will fix this. In the meantime, sitespaces.net is a good alternative, as it is for the "over 18 bunch", & they maintain their site better than myspace. I hope this answers your question, as this is yahoo answer thing is another alternative to the outside world, but not as exciting as myspace!

As someone mentioned this question has been constantly asked today, yes i believe it is down. You are not the only one. Your wonderful insults to each other about how your team won and theirs lost will have to wait until tomorrow...assuming it will be working ..hahaha
Don't worry we all have myspace withdrawal...

The site is not down
Go to tools > internet options > and then click 'delete files' to clear your temp internet files. Also, clear the browsing history and that should make the site work!!!

hmmm, maybe their editing your myspace [tom] or maybe there is something wrong with your browser because i've been on, and i just logged in right now, to test it, and everything seems fine...
