Caffeine, usually in the form of Cherry Coke since I don't drink coffee. Although, I do love a Starbucks, double-blended banana creme with whip-cream on top.

Food.
It is no different than smoking, heroine, or alcohol....and it can kill you just as easily as any of those, and then some. I am steadily working on breaking the addiction.
