i have golden brown skin, black eyelashes/eyebrows and dark brown eyes. i usually wear black eyeliner to bring out my eyes, but recently bought dark brown instead.

will dark brown eyeliner help to soften my look? or will it be too light on my skin to make me eyes pop?

i heard that if you use a dark color on the top and a bit of white liner on the bottom.. it will help make your eyes bigger...

Experiment with it and try different eyeshadows and intensities with it. The best part of makeup is to try new things. However, personally I think the best way to make eyes pop is with black or colored eyeliner. If you have brown eyes try a purple or jade eyeliner and matching shadow.

Have fun!

If you want to use brown eyeliner, i bet a color closer to tan (lke a light brown) would really make your eyes pop
