In our immune system, how exactly do the viruses that cause us to get sick get past the T and B memory cells?

That's a pretty complex question under the surface, but to give you a simple answer, your immune system usually doesn't recongnize an invading pathogen unless it's encountered it before. Even then, many viruses evolve to evade detection by the immune system by changing their external structure.

T and B doesnt recognize that they're enemies or T and B is infested with AIDS
