No, you were born gay. Whether people think it is wrong or not isn't the issue. You had no choice in the matter. What your parents did was wrong. I am so sorry that you are going through this. The only thing I can stress to you is to not give up. In time you will learn to accept yourself and hopefully your parents will come around too. If I were you, I would get together a bundle of scientific articles that prove that homosexuality is genetic and something that we are born with and then mail them to your parents. There is nothing wrong with you. Remember that. I will pray that you get through this.

No its not wrong to be who you are. If you are gay that is who you are.
Its very sad that your family reacted that way. There are some organizations out there that help and give support to GLBT people and some will provide counseling for both you and your family. Perhaps someone here knows how to get in touch with one or more of them?
All you can do is let your family know that you love them and are open to a relationship with them. You have to make sure that you are okay right now though.

No it is absolutely not wrong that you are gay. You are exactly as you should be. They were wrong to kick you out. I presume that you are staying with either friends or family. Please contact me directly if you need/want to talk. I will listen, and perhaps I can help a little.
Peace.
Kindest thoughts,
Reyn

It's as much wrong to be gay as it is to be straight. God made you who you are & I hope your parents will come around soon. After all, you're the same exact person you are now then before you came out right? Try & pay attention to the people that will support you & there are so many people on here who have been through what you're going through. Good Luck

Absolutely NOT. Check out PFLAG http://www.pflag.org/ They have some resources to help both you and your parents. And above all else, try to look at things with the perspective of time, things will change with a little time. They may never come around, but you are the same wonderful person ten minutes before you told them, as you are now.

Ofcourse it is not wrong. Many people say that we CHOOSE to be gay, but to my knowledge, we are who we are and there is nothing we can do about it. As for your parents, they are selfish, mean, ungratefull. Wether they like it or not, you are who you are, and later on in life, MARK MY WORDS, they will come back to you seeking help and forgiveness. Don't feel bad about is, it si not your fault your gay and it is not your parents either. Don't worry though, because there are good people out there who judge people by their actions not by their sexual orientation!!

i'm sorry your parents kicked you out. recently i had an epiphany. you can say that my eyes were opened. I have always struggled with being a lesbian. no one knows that i am, especially my family. I was always depressed and every time i was at church, i just felt so unworthy to be there because of my orientation. But last week i was at church when i realized something. God loves me now as much as he has or will ever love me. There's nothing more or nothing less I can do for him to love me more or love me less. I didn't make myself this way. I don't know why I am. But I know that God loves me and maybe one day he'll change me. but since I can't change myself, i'm going to stop making myself feel guilty since i can't do anything to change. God will change me. so, to answer your question. I don't know if it's wrong to be gay, but you can't change the way you feel so maybe it's not. But i'm sorry your parents kicked you out. that's just not right.

I don't believe that being gay is spiritually wrong. However I do believe that being gay in naturally wrong. In other words wrong to natural order of the world. The whole meaning of live is to create and further your species. If your gay and not contributing to the future of your species, then you can't do that. I also believe in evolution, so if your gay you can't spread your seed. I believe that is what has caused so may ST D's. I believe they were meant to be natures cure for unnatural sex. I hope this didn't hurt your feelings and good luck with your parents.
