No I don't think so. I think many Hispanics have self pride in their appearance and within their communities.
Sure poverty exists and many may live in substandard housing. BUT within those substandard dwellings there is a place for everything and evrything is in its place. There are no burnt out wrecks of cars around the streets, cars without wheels on blocks because they were stolen. Generally, they are polite, clean and not running around the neighborhood terrorising tourists or anyone who dare to venture down their end of town.

If it came to a choice, move in with Hispanic people or African Americans my choice would be clear. These people are showing they still have a good self image and personal respect for themselves and others!
Afro's are lazy welfare users, thugs, drug dealers who have no repect for property of their own or others, and expect every one else to feel guilty for what they fail to do for themselves
