I cant sell my house except in the usual course of business or for the nrcessities of life what does this really mean.

The opposing attorney is not your attorney.
Talk to YOUR attorney about this.
Also, talk to a realtor and sell your house if you want to.
It's your house.
Do with it what you want.
Nobody can force you not to sell your home.

It means you merely need to give that as your reason for selling your house and be able to back it up.

you want to sell it, sell it. it is up to the buyer to do a title search and opposing council to attach a lien on the property.
