how can I change the aligment of a whole webpage?

I have bought a ready website with English content, but I need to translate it into Arabic, and since Arabic is written from right to left I need to change the aligment in all of the pages of the website. I don't know much about web developing :(

Can you please tell me how this can be done?

There is a dir attribute that you can use to change alignments. Applied to text, it makes it right-justified. It doesn't change the actual direction of the text, as that is presumably already written the right way for arabic. You can just use

) it will reverse the position of design elements also, possibly with unwanted results.
