I think it´s the designer´s mood what determines the colors of the garments we buy, lol, the bad new it not all the colors they choose suit all the skin colors there are...then it is not your mood but your knowdledge what must intervine at making your selection. When you discover that looking fine is the sure bet, you´ll forget about moods. Brides go white, we mourn in black...etc...
Dark colors suit best light skins, light colors suit best dark skins...

Sometimes, it's really the weather that determines what colors I wear most of all. When I'm chilling on an average day it's mostly denim blues, blacks and a splash of color. When I want to look uber posh and it's warm & sunny outside, I like to wear white. Black looks good no matter what the season and mood.

No, not at all. I only buy colors that look good on me, and flatter me. I wear a lot of black, red [not tomatoe!], navy, olive, whites, brown and beige. No prints, and occasional stripes. In the spring and summer, I can get away with a few pastels in pinks and blues.

I also try to buy clothes that are versatile and interchange very well. It looks like I have a huge wardrobe; however, I just know how to mix and match for different looks.

I wear alot of clothes that complement my skintone if anything. I wear alot of neutral colors like Browns, Greens, White, Tan with just hints of louder colors like red or orange or purple.

Sometimes If Im really happy I wear lots of white and red. I dont know why, I just like those two colors lol.

Sort of, if Im feeling really happy or unusually outgoing/energetic I'll be more likely to wear something that stands out.

I believe so. I know I buy neutral, dark colors because I'm definitely not the happy-go-lucky type.
