I strongly recommend you to take some classes. Online classes are great, but nobody will be able to rate your drawings and tell you what to do to improve your skills. Try sharing a lot of your works in Deviant Art, so people can post some comments on your drawings. That's a way to develop, I think.

Learning to draw is the easy part tiger, what is it that you want to learn? how to draw a face? landscape? flowers? Comics? decide on what you want. Sometimes the easiest thing you can do is find something you like and copy it for a while, learn, practice always, never be without a pencil,pen or paper or notepad. always draw

practice ...the more you try to draw the better you get...start with easy cartoons or fonts...and draw all the time ..if you dont know what to draw ...i put dots all my paper and try to make something creative even if it looks stupid..it will clear the block
