I searched for a while and could not find any specific penalties for violations other than recalling the product and shutting you down until you proved compliance. Of course, if the mislabeling created a problem (such as allergic reaction due to mislabeling) I'm sure you would have very little protection from lawsuits if the labels were found in error.
