i cant seem to find that lady thats giving out news reporter stuff.ive searched everywhere!i cant find her.where is she most commonly found?

i go post office ^_^ i have firefox so i just open about 20 tabs at a time and usually she turns up...i got a voice recorder yesterday!

Personally, I have found her most often at the grocery store. The strategy I used was to navigate back and forth from page 1 to 12 and back to 1 and back to 12, etc. until I found her. Sometimes I found her very quicly, other times it took a while so don't give up.
