like a new puppy.your child, your girlfriend sitting on your lap.a phone. a book.a buisness report, newspaper.a meal.,having make up, doing your nails. and that sort of thing.well .what do you think?a kind & wonderful neighbour lady down the street is in bed till she dies.because of a lady putting on her make up while driving and hit ed her in the rear end of her car

Has no one ever heard of personal responsibility? The lady applying the makeup is personally responsible for her actions, not everyone else. There are far too many laws already, and each time there is a new law everyone loses a piece of liberty. I cant believe americans have so happpily handed over so many of their rights/freedoms/priveleges already. Oh yea by the way....new slogan...clicket ot ticket....how bout buckle up b####. Its sad about the lady neighbor, but people need to stop giving up rights because of emotions, petty humanitarian issues, or because of guilt,fear, remorse, ect.

I agree there should be a law for that...It is sad when you see the elderly people over the age of 68 driving while talking on a cell phone...Or a lady putting on make-up...Or a guy reading the sports section of the paper...That is so sad for your neighbor that she has to live the rest of her life like that...
