who ca make a model of the heart?

my science group need to make a model of the heart and we have no clue how tho do it. it needs to be simple and easy to explain.
can any one give me information on how to make it, and out of what.

we once did that in 7th grade we used that clay that u cook in the oven to get it hard. we made it into a flat circle 1st then gave it the shape of the heart, then with a spoon we pressed the clay and make dips to be the ventricles and atriums. and we did the arteries out clay too. then we baked it and painted it.
