Whats the latest trend?

Hey, i just wanted to know what the latest trend was in terms of lacing tennis shoes for casual, ie adidas stan smith and superstars, how should these be tied or should they be untied? Help.....

I really don't think there is a specific way to tie shoes that is considered in style.
