I either got it from IKEA or one of the home improvement stores like Lowes or Home Depot. I'd like to know which plant this is so I can learn about what its needs are and such.

hypoestes, or commonly known as polka dot plant. likes good light, moist but not wet soil and warm areas.

That's Aglaonema.

It likes moderate to high humidity. Bright but indirect light. Needs well drained soil, and likes the soil to be almost dried between waterings. (drowns easily)

(though there are hybrid Aglonemas that have that pink & spotted leaf thing happening)

I were given Kelapa nes my translator indicated that Kelapa Nira is Coatian. So I translated it to english and that i have been given Kelapa Nes, I were given it from answershub internet web site. yet in yet another internet web site it says that is a coconut tree
