should we have mandatory death sentences for drug dealers?

No that would violate the Constitution, cruel and unusual punishment under the 8th Amendment. You can only take a life when one takes one.

no not mandatory but they should be on the table for repeat and serious offenders like thos eselling to children and in schools etc.
