It should be on public record. Call your court house and see how to obtain that information in your state. You can find out online in my county.

Go to the Assessors Office at town hall.Request to see there
data card on the property in question.If the ownership changed
hands over 6 months ago the new owner will be on that card.
If it is a more recent get a copy of the Assessors card and go to
the Town Clerks office.On the Assessors card there will be a volume number.Have the Town Clerk or anyone in that office
show you where the property volumes are kept.Find the volume number and the properties will be listed on the deed for that
address. If the change is only 2 or 3 months old ask the person
at the Town Clerks office to show you the recent transfer book
of properties not yet entered in the deed book.
This may sound a little to much to do but it will only take you a few minutes.Copy this information and take it with you.Anybody at either office will be glad to assist you.
