Most of them came with a couple of charging wires, one was one that plugged into the wall outlet and into the charger, the other plugged into your cigarette lighter outlet. If you have those wires, you can charge it up.

3 volt leds in 2 strings of four. you've given the voltage of the Leds yet no longer the skill, although 5 watts is about properly. 8 x 5 = 40 watts. Your skill grant is able to providing 12 x 10 = one hundred and twenty watts. skill = Voltage x cutting-edge skill / Voltage = cutting-edge = 5 / 3 ====>a million.sixty six amps in retaining with circuit, ====>3.33 amps finished. Now the not person-friendly section. The leds will all require cutting-edge restricting to end burn out. There are 2 strategies to do this, a resistor or a cutting-edge restricting gadget together with an LM350, for each string. Google 'LM350' in case you pick the thoughts sheet. GL>

I am not familiar with your terminology, however, a power supply
is a unit that will use A/C (alternating current) from your wall receptacle and convert it to your required DC of 12 volts for charging batteries or substitute power for printed circuitry for example. Each kind of Power source has special load (current)
design limits. Therefore, your power supply has component malfunction and needs repairing, such as rectifier replacement, step-down transformer, electrolytic capacitor or etc.

Use the double ended cigarette lighter cord to charge it with your car or truck. (running of course)

Or, plug the transformer/charger into it.

They're pretty simple.
