i bought an adorable sweater from American Eagle, it's just a little too big. How do i shrink it??

P.S. its made out of 90% cotton and 10% Angora from Rabbit Hair, what ever the heck that it
and i already washed it since i bought it and it hasn't shrunk anymore

Angora is the fur from a long haired rabbit..I would think that if you washed it it hot water that it should shrink, considering the cotton content..Give it a bath and squish out the water. Don't wring it out or hang it. Handle it carefully so as not to stretch it. Lay it on a towel to dry. When you lay it out, shape it at that time..It should shrink. Good luck

Your sweater might stretch out over time, but the way to avoid shrinkage is to check what material the article of clothing is made out of. It WILL shrink if it's 100% cotton. Just buy it a size larger so that when it shrinks it will fit you.

put it on a slightly higher temp when washing then tumble dry it at a hot temp for longer than normal roughly about 3 quaters to an hour

clean it the exact opposite of how it says to wash it. but, use caution....I don't know how you would shrink it just a little bit.

put it in your dryer-but keep a close eye on it when doing so
