Don't tell me, let me guess....you told someone you play and now you're trying to keep from getting busted.
If you told someone you'd play ONE song...concentrate on that....other than that....I'd say get a tape and sync to it
If that's NOT the case, find a piano teacher and tell them you need a crash course. I hope you have more than three months to crunch...if not yer toast

Probably by ear if you have some musical ability and interest.
Even if you don't have a keen ear for music - most can be trained.
You should take the time to learn the basics - chords, fingerings, keys, notes, reading music, scales... there is so much to learn to play the piano well, by sight reading sheet music.
just sit down and practice, practice, practice.
there are many excellent sources of free and free beginning online piano lessons, most want to sell continuing lessons.

There's not really any way to learn piano quickly. It takes alot of time, practice, and patience.

playing the piano is a hard job,you cant learn it very very quickly, you have to work a lot, so i think you should find a teacher or course immediatly if you want to learn fast.

Practice. If you practice a lot you will build up the dexterity in your fingers.
When learning a piece practice one hand, then the other, then when you are comfortable with your playing you can put them together.
