What can I do to "unfade" my navy blue uniform pants in the knee area?

You can't. They're not faded, they're worn. The only solution, short of throwing them away, is to dye them.

you can re-dye them. but to prevent this fromhappening again. line the knees or pant leg area. this will save wear and tear
