How do you summond Bloody Mary?

By Bloody Mary I mean the evil lady who comes out of the mirror or wutever....
Any suggestions on how to make it even more real?

you go in to a place with NO windows and it has to be completely dark, look into the mirror and say: I invoke bloody mary three times and supposedly she jups out of the mirror and kills you. to make it more scarry try it on halloween, anight of the full moon or when you here that theres a killer on the loose.
