Capri pants with two pair of crew socks or over the knee socks.
Weather permiting, I like the two pair of socks look. And most any top.

Well be super careful because it's hard NOT to look ghetto or like someone ripped out of a 90's rap video in those shoes! But i supose just black skinny jeans might look alright. But i'm sorry but those are just disgusting.

I don't think you can pull this off as high fashion... they do look ghetto... and 80's... I can make a lot of things work, but not these. I would avoid it becuase I don't see how you could make these high fashion...

i don't think those shoes will ever look "high fashion," but it is possible to make them look "good."
i would go with some light blue jeans that flatter you figure, and some layered t-shirts to match!
