This is truly difficult and I feel for you. However it depends on your outlook and persona.
If you are are a carefree optimist go with the heart.
If you are a little more steady and pessimistic go with the head.
The only problem with going with the head is that you may regret it later and wished you'd gone with the heart.
If it was me trying to decide, and it has been in the past, I'd go with the heart. Too many times I've gone with the head and and later thought....if only.

BBE: But the things which come out of the mouth come from the heart; and they make a man unclean.
BBE: For out of the heart come evil thoughts, the taking of life, broken faith between the married, unclean desires of the flesh, taking of property, false witness, bitter words:
My friend, the heart decieves us, and its best to pray and seek the wisdom of GOD, so you can understand how to use your heart and guard it against the evil that presses upon it. Before you use either one, sit down or go ask someone who has some experience to help you make the right choice, what you feel isnt always something that is good for you. Had to learn that the hard way, and im 37 years old.

The best test for checking decisions is the time test: 5 to 10 years from now, which decision will you have wanted to make? The heart is often fickle and immature (not just yours, mine and everyone's). The head is often analytical and will provide a decent path (though, that really depends on your belief system). So, again, it goes back to the time test. Good luck.

Hmmm... I am choosing heart, and i am usually wrong, but for this few times that i was right... It was worth-while... and pain and tears. When i see what i could miss if i was listening my head... I am happy i haven't. But for advice - try to make your heart and head to agree...

I think when you are young you let your heart rule, only as you get older then it is more your head a combination of both, more so if you have been hurt, everyone though can be torn between both no matter what age you are it would depend on what it is you would have in mind

I always ask myself this question: If I don't do it, when I am lying on my death bed, would I look back at my life and regret NOT doing it? If I think I would regret NOT doing something, then I always try to follow my heart!
I think if you followed your head all the time, you wouldn't get too much out of life.

Listen to your heart, it is where your passion and bliss lie... but back it up logically with your head. Consider the consequences and make a thought out decision. As with everything it is a balance! good luck :)

I guess listen to both and listen to your self. I often feel that the head is usually right, but the heart kinda blocks it out and you get blinded by the heart a bit. So I guess just got to really listen to your self.

What is the difference? Is your heart just another word for your emotions? Go with reason and logic.
