I would use Franklin or Marvin, these are not as 'old' as the others and i like them. But i would rather use them as middle names than first names (although it would be fine to use them as first names) and find a good 'new' name to go first.

I wouldn't name my Earl...how about Rodney Earl? Raeburn sounds like an old man...and so does Arthur. Franklin is nice, because you could call him Frankie and it isn't overused or anything, either.

I would not use any of those names. When we had our children, we decided there would be no family names, too many Georges and too many Stevens already and we were not naming a son after our father's, Howard or Ramon, so we opted for a name that was no where in either family tree, but went for the same intials as my husband.

They are all pretty dated but they would all make good middle names, I guess. Lee is a good first name, though
