I really don't know if you can claim head of the household it depends for eg if he is just sitting at home and not doing any thing then yes i would not say no to claiming head of the household

He might or might not be able to claim you as a dependent, but even if he can, an unrelated dependent does NOT qualify him to file head of household, so no he can't. If you had gross income over $3650 for the year, he can't claim you as a dependent either no matter how much of your support he provided. With the bills you said you pay, sounds like you have income of your own, probably over that limit. Even if you don't, there are a number of other rules to meet for him to claim you. With your added info on your income, he can NOT claim you as a dependent. Even if he could, you wouldn't qualify him to file as head of household.

I don't think you could. I know you can claim siblings as dependants but I don't think you can claim your boyfriend.
