I can't help but wonder how you got to the point of calling her your future wife without figuring all this stuff out already!
Why don't you ask her what that means.
And most women can read men's minds. It's not that serious.

There is no such thing. This is evil; from the devil. Nobody can read minds. Only God knows the mind. Pray about it and talk with your Christian minister. There is NO Christian witch.
Okay, I'm gonna add this if I may--if you don't want to be near evil, I would assume you would want to get away or try to talk to her about real Christianity and Jesus.
