Why is this in Mobile Phones & Plans?

Anyway, it sounds like you've clicked on one of those spyware software pop ups. They say they can find your problems for free, but then once they're all identified you have to pay to fix them.

Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition is free for real and will find and kill spyware. http://www.lavasoftusa.com/products/ad-aware_se_personal.php

However, there are often some pesky ones that will elude Ad-Aware's capture. It is best to run Ad-Aware in safe mode to combat some of this. If this doesn't work, you'd have to use something more advanced and less user friendly and with that comes the risk of corrupting your system so I would reccommend to you if you're a computer novice to either find someone you know who's an expert or take it in somewhere like the Geek Squad at Best Buy and pay for them to do it.
