No, its a widely known old wives tale. The eye is held firmly in place by very strong muscles.

No, they may bulge out a little, but not pop out of socket. And, it is kind of hard to keep your eyes open, when you sneeze, your eyelids blink by reflex.

To tell you the truth, i dont know, but that probably would no happen. I have never done so... but i do not plan on doing so!!! HAHAHAHA!
