Alot of times pregnancy tests bought from the store can be wrong simply put. The best advice is to go to health dept , clinic or ER and ask for a blood test it will give you instant results and you will no with out doubt whether there is HCG in your blood ( only prduced when pregnant ) and what that level is . The level is important becuase if your levels are low or below 5 then this means you are either NOT pregnant or there is a problem.
If you are not while you are there the doc can examine you further to determine what the problem may be as to why you are not having a period .

I had three negative pregnancy tests results before a positive one finally confirmed what my body had been telling me way before a test did - I was pregnant. Those home tests are good, but not 100% accurate. Get a blood test - that is 100% accurate. It could be many things besides a pregnancy, but first you need to rule out a pregnancy and then you can go from there (with your doctor). Good luck!

I have heard that some times stressing too much about wanting to conceive can make you skip a period. I think you should go to the Dr. and ask for a blood test . Best of luck and until you get to the Dr. act as if you were to be on the safe side.

you know your body. When I was pregnant with my son I kept getting negative tests until I was 12 weeks pregnant. This does happen, but I'm not sure how common it is. I just found out I'm expecting again and this time the test was positive just a week after my period.

mayby go to your doctor and get the blood test instaed to see if you are pregnant. Some women it takes a while before a test says positive because of the lack of HCG hormone.--good luck

it may be an environmental stress that is causing you to be late...you may very well be pregnant but if you are stressed, sometimes it will make your cycle change
