Well either is does go on infinatum or maybe "Men in Black" got it right, we're just an itsy bitsy tiny speck in some giant alien kid's marble. Some speculate that space is curved so we'll never have a beyond space and many thing everything exists in the presence of God. An interesting question to contemplate looking at the stars at night.

Excellent question.
Un aswerable, but an excellent question.
Physicists have been conjecturing on this very same question for decades.
Even Professor Stephen Hawkings can not tell you definitively what the answer to this question is. Many people assume that space is infinite, and constantly expanding, and that nothing is beyond space, as it expands to encompass all things given enough time. But the truth is none of this is proven, because nobody has ever stood on the edge, and written a report.

Currently space is expanding at the speed of light, therefore there is nothing beyond space. By the time you would be able to see it, it would be filled up.
Of course, all this is just a very far-out theory, but it's the best scientests can do when up agianst the awesome power of the universe.

No one really knows.......
Contact the astronomers at the MacDonald Observatory
in central Texas...
Or contact an astronomy professor at your local area
university or college.

The area of the Universe is Infinite...
The Universe does not import any thing since the Universe is everything there is nothing outside it.
You can't export anything either...
Population: NONE(?) There are an infinte amount of space, there for an infinte amount of worlds. However not all of them are inhabited...when you divide a finite number by infinity you get nothing... .(or so)

outer space goes on for ever with galaxies and planets you can see ether galaxies throw a telescope but man can not go to ether galaxies because it tack a long time to get there.even tho the space ship can go mock4 just like the space station.

There are lots of theories. Most modern astrophysicists believe in many parallel universes, or a curved universe, and space is curved so that if you go far enough you will eventually get back to where you started.

space time and our limited perception of reality are best explained in terms of reference you can understand as follows http://www.flixxy.com/hubble-deep-field.htm we are not 3 dimensional as you have been taught height width depth and mass must also be figured that everything we see is at the same intensity level and has the same duration, by varying the intensity we may be able to exit this dimension long enough to travel staggering distances with little power.
