Hi there!
I would really appreciate any help with finding a book that i read when i was a kid.
It was about a young boy who found jelly fish aliens being grown in a tank in a barn in his village. There was a picture at the beginning of each chapter showing how much the aliens had developed.
There was also something about a panther that was found by its owner - maybe a rich old man? - at the end.
I would REALLY like to find the title of this book :)
please help

i've read this book too! it was writen by someone called robert..... i forget what his last name was. and i also forget what the book title was.

in most major libraries childrens sections there are books called "major directories" they list books by name, by author , main character, sometimes by theme, settings . i am not sure if they are available with young self- readers (smaller chapter books) but its worth a try looking in the sci-fi section of the directories. also sometimes if you can remember the age you were or the location you got the book ( school library, book club ect) they can generally look up their older records to see if they have titles that compare . good luck.
