I think there are plenty of pro's and con's of the world we live in.
We do have alot of freedom (law wise) but if we decide to, in most cases, express it we'll either get hurt or get sent to jail even if it is our lawful right.
We have horrible pollution and alot of dirty mouth people but I guess that's just what most people are about.
It is great that we are able to wake up in the morning and see the sunshine.
I think the war is out of control but I give props to our troops over there fighting for what we and they believe in!
I'm thankful for being able to see the sunshine everyday but I"m not thankful for the pollution and the negativity.
I think if we all seeked help and counseling to resolve our dirty mouths, our bad habits, murder, drugs, and crimes I think we'd be okay.
Also if we all got drunk we'd be awesome.
Okay. That last part was a joke.

I like the world we live in generally, but I DO believe we're "going to h**ll in a hand basket". Look at how bad the world is constantly becoming--people will kill FOR anything and OVER anything. Anything can be made beautiful in your mind if you choose not to deal with that, but don't become delusional and believe, like Candid in World Literature, that we live in a perfect world.

Well, I love life in general and I love living in the USA, but our world is kind of in a sad state right now. Still, I guess I would have to say I love it....regardless.

it's awful, animals/people die everyday, thousand of them. animals get beaten in circuses and other places, the air is being polluted and becoming more and more filthy to breath, the ozone layer is vanishing little by little, there's not enough food for everyone, but there's enough money for a few to buy mansions of millions f dollars. there's injustice everywhere, people sad, alone, children asking for money in the streets going barefoot, and I could keep on going, but my point is: this world in which we are living is very messed up.

I certainly don't love it. I'm not sure what "lump it" means but I deal with it.

Well I am happy for the technological advances we are able to have, and happy about having tampons....The wild west must have sucked for women.

You gotta live in it so might as well love it. Just be glad God is in charge of it, though!
