Shes right, confidence makes some one attractive. So does being clean and well groomed. A smile always makes some one more attractive. When girls ware clothes that show a little skin without being slutty that's a good way too.
Try to be these adjectives : classy, clean, pretty and clever.

attractive in the sense where a guy/girl says "wow, i've gotta meet this person!"
it's all about approachability, if you are humble and easy to talk to..you're set.
notice.. humble is the opposite of confident. confident girls come off as arrogant, and in the mind of a guy who wants a steady relationship.. a confident girl is a high maintenance jerk

I think it all depends on what you are into! If you are a person that is attracted to smiles then it would be a womans smile. If you are a person that is attracted to legs then you would go for their legs. Etc.

a girl with an awesome personality and on the ball.. something that makes a guy itch and is dying to find out more about it. the way she carries herself, too.
someone that acts professional.. like no smoking, swearing, polite, etc.

I see it as being confident and seeing a woman who takes care of herself, but not to the point that that is all she cares about.

Confidence. also not being very embarassed when she trips over her feet or runs into a table and can laugh at her mistakes. also being kind and respectful. also just being awesome overall.
and of course being very classy and intelligent.
