the other ones heat up fine.i have bled them and they are turned on!can anyone help?

You may need to completly drain the rads or flush them out as it is known..

try bleeding your radiators. if they are cool at the top and hot at the bottom air has got in side you need a key the bleed them at the top of the radiator there you well find a screw turn the screw and air should come out . don't turn it to much only a half or a quoter turn should be enough .as soon as you see water dribble out turn the key back to ti ten it up this mite help.

Turn down the radiators that are hot, just slightly, and see if this helps. If not, Turn off boiler, wait 10 minutes and vent the cold rads . Boiler back on and see how it is.
