Im sure it goes on a lot.
One common misconception about phone fun is that it is for 'desperate' people who can't get a date.
Nothing could be further from the truth. People forget that the most important sex organ of em all is ...the BRAIN!
A creative, fertile imagination between both parties will almost always result in a very erotic, intense and pleasurable phone session. A nice voice definitely helps.

I don't know anybody that has done it..for some people its weird and for some it can be good. Depends on your taste. When i think of phone sex i think of some old guy calling those sex lines.

with the internet, i don't think so. but i would love to have phone sex with another girl. but not all kinky phone sex where she's all breathy and fake. but to have a connection with someone on the phone and have an intelligent phone sex conversation. if that is what it's even called.

I do it occasionally with my fiance, but that's cause we're in a long distance relationship. I think it's pretty common, and it's a method of safe sex ^_^
