I don't wear underwear. So I'll go with the not change my underwear for a month.
Is that cheating?

HAHA Either way they both are terribly nasty and unhealthy but if I had to chose it would probably be not brush my teeth only because if you can't change your undies, you can't shower down there and you can get a horrible infection that might take forever to cure and then more than likely you'll start smelling horrible and even if your teeth rot away hey that's what a dentist for you can get new teeth! LOL and plus for teeth you can always chew some gum to stop the odor maybe not all the way but a little but with your undies you def. can't throw gum down there lol

not brush my teeth. Not changing underwear is too unsanitary for me....I change my underwear before I go to bed, and wear a new pair during the day. Teeth, to be honest, I might forget or not have a toothbrush with me, a month is a long time, but I'd rather do that....besides, there's always mouth wash!

id rather not brush my teeth for a month....same undies what if you grow mold??? and besides no girl would really like me enough to get that close

Yuck! Neither, but if I HAD to choose, I guess it would be not change underwear. Why? Because I could just go without them but I couldn't stand not brushing my teeth for a month.

I would rather not brush my teeth, because you never said anything about someone brushing them for you!(the underwear one wouldn't work that well using the same logic)

That is a tough choice. But yellowed teeth is irreversible. So, I'll go with the undies thing.

underwear. no one would notice if i didn't change them for a month. people would notice if i havent brushed my teeth in 3 days, let alone a whole month!

I couldn't not brush my teeth. As long as you wipe down below properly you'll be fine not changing. Just don't sit down wind to anyone who hasn't changed underwear
