When you are registering or configuring your e-mail account, it asks for your user name and real name. Do not change the user name, but change the real name.

you might try changing the name on the email. instead of having your real name, you might see if it'll let you leave it blank, if not fill it with either a fake name or random symbols

Register a new email address that doesn't mention your real name.
