Welcome to the wonderful world of Yahoo.

I tend to believe that most of the violations/deletions are computer generated. Basically, you report and it gets deleted, although for some reason everything seems to run 24-48 hours behind. Must be the extreme volume of it all.

On the other hand, I can also tell you that there are people working on "abuse" and they do respond to complaints and real problems.

As far as your question on abortion, there are a lot of "passionate" people out there that just want to take revenge on someone else - in an "online" way.

I've found that it just isn't worth trying to express a mature opinion here at Yahoo Answers; there are just too many others ready to report you or engage in a flame war.

You can exercise your freedom of speech if it makes you feel good, but don't expect to actually accomplish anything at Yahoo Answers.

That race horse was suffering with pain and was never to have a better quality of life. Putting that horse down was the right thing to do.
Abortions on the other hand is a little different. Its woman's choice to carry or not carry. That unborn has no rights. You have to ask yourself is the unborn suffering and what would be the quality of life will he or she have.
There is no compares ions
