offer everyone who participates a chance in a raffel drawing for stuff. Like for an Ipod or better yet a bottle of grey goose. Everytime you participate you get another ticket. Or simple just have a bag full of candy or cans of beer and when ever anyone participates throw a candy bar to them. (if you decide to use beer cans then gently toss them or walk them over)
