How can you make your eyes look a shade lighter or so?

So I have very dark hazel green and brown eyes but I want them to be more greener but I don't want contacts. Is there something I can do to make them like a couple of shades lighter? I really want olive brown eyes which I have but they are so dark! Please help me and thank u in advance!

eye makeup can do wonders. for me i have dark brown eyes, and i've found that plum-colored eyeliner makes my eyes look a lot lighter.

either more sunlight, or less sunlight. changes color over time, just like hair.
