Which spelling is best for a girl?

It's a terrible name for a girl, in my opinion. I would go with Emily.

However, if you're set on it: Emory is the spelling I prefer.

It's really a boy's name; Emerie looks like a feminine spelling; keep in mind that throughout her life She will see "Emory" on paper work, and people will assume that the person in question is male. How about Ann Marie?

I like the spelling emerie first choice and second choice would be emory

I like Emery - kind of refreshing after hearing the oh so popular Emily all the time. Emmy is a cute nickname, too.

emery reminds me of an emery board (nail file) and Emory looks like (emm -MOH- ree) annd reminds me of the word ebony and i like emerie the best. It seems more elegant and more like a real name (not to off the wall)
