Civilisation?

Question

Who is civilised , the Iranians who put their scum to death , no tax money spend on them! , no more child abuse! or the U.S.A. who locks them up for a few years ,let them out to prey again on our most vulnerable ones!Our goverment needs to do something to protect our children from these predators!

I agree. They should be put to death. That's the only way to bring the risk of re-offending down to zero..... where it belongs.

I could probably go along with allowing a molester to avoid the death penalty if the private sector set up a multi-million dollar trust fund for the care and feeding and guarding of the scumbag while in solitary for the rest of his miserable life. No tax dollars would be spent on him. But we'd need iron-clad guarantees.
