I would keep it for sure (love to take the moral high ground, but with no ID, the loot is mine)

No ID in it. Are you sure?
Small, unmarked bills, in a plain plastic shopping bag, and I find it *away* from any crowds or security cameras (that is witnesses)?
I'm sorry if this makes me a bad person, but...if there is no way to find out *who* else the money could belong to, then it's taken out of my control. And I wouldn't trust the police--at least not in my town--more than I trust myself these days.
So yes, mana from heaven, all that. I keep it. :) Because I am poor. But I *would* put some effort into making sure the money wasn't marked, that there were no crowds or cameras, that there was no deception going on here first. If there were others around who seemed to be "looking for something frantically", I'd ask about a *bag* without discussing content.
In other words, I'd make sure it was safe to keep it and that "no ID" means no ID first. :)
I know, call me a wuss...but hey, that is a fair bit of money there.

10,000 in a plastic shopping bag with no id....I would KEEP IT!!! Why should I give it to the police for them to divide between themselves. NOT!!! If there was a Id that would be different.

Well as I'm poor my first thought would be to keep it, but then i would get to thinking that who ever lost it prob ally had saved to have it and needed it way more than me. I would worry that some poor family with children needed it.So in the end I would take it to the police station.(crying all the way)!

Hand it in. I'd be afraid I'd get into trouble somehow for keeping 10000 dollars even though nobody saw me or anything and there was no id. You never know

i really think i should keep it because who the hell would leave 10,000 in a plastic bag the middle of nowhere!!! LOL
