Well lets see the Kennedy family thinks it's above it all so Ted is a killer and Michael Skekel is a killer and William Kennedy Smith raped twice and to top it off what really happened between John F Kennedy and Marlyn Monroe. Crime family ''do ya think'' Old Joe made his money how!!!!! was it bootlegging scotch whiskey where do i stop here

Of course the rich don't pay taxes like the rest of us! I cringe every time the creeps talk about soaking the rich. They can't touch the rich because of the trust fund loophole. But they will soak the middle class. Remember, Democrats don't define "rich" the way rational people do. Ask the average Joe or Jane what it means and their response will be in at least 6 figures. But Bill Clinton's tax hike for the rich defined "rich" as $30,000 a year or more. So when you hear a Democrat talk about taxing the rich, just remember, what Democrats call "rich" most of us call "the middle class"!

It is NOT FAIR to tax an Estate. That money has already been taxed as income and houses and furniture have already been taxed too (real estate tax and sales tax).

what's the manage sources taxes besides? I mean the human beings earn their money and pay taxes on it (so the taxes were paid)...then they purchase something (a house) (and pay taxes on it)...then they die...why might want to that individual's sources/ money be taxed once more effective? they have already paid taxes on that money...i do not realize why authorities appears like they're entitled to a unique decrease...

I think you're obfuscating the issue a bit... democrats don't support a universal estate tax... they want to restore it to the tax it was before the Bush revision, which ultimately hurt us.
Now the rest of us pay more in taxes because the wealthy don't have to pay estate tax anymore.
The average person was never paying estate tax before.
