I miss our very close friendship. The reason we had a misunderstanding is that I blamed her for telling others information I had given to her which are confidential and she will not admit it. She denied it and said I do not trust her with my secrets so we better stop talking to each other.It pains me for she is one of two best friends I have got left. The rest had died already. I want her back.

apologizing is the quick fix solution. because you say youre sorry doesn't mean people suddenly become not angry. since in this situation it doesn't sound like you can "make it up to her" then all you can do is give her time to get over it.
all though from my guy perspective girls tend to hold grudges for a very, very, very long time.

Well just tell her your sorry for being quick to assume and for blaming her. But if she doesn't except then she's not a true friend. A true friend would want to keep your friendship at any cost.
