I not so sure about the shortcut key of Euro and Pound sign. But you can insert the sign (if you using Microsoft Office) by choosing Insert > Symbol. You will find both the Euro and Pound currency is there.

Well, I don't know about the euro but I do know to get the pound sign. All you have to is hold the shift key and push the number 3 on your keyboard. Look...333£££££
