One of - yes, as there are only 19 other teams, and most of them don't actually have strike partnerships as such most of the time, but play one up front. If they put Noddy up front with John Carew, they would probably be in the top 10 strike partnerships.

Yes. John Carew can shoot well and Ashley Young has pace and cross well. But the problem is the players behind them. They cannot assist them.

Carew is pants, he normally starts off well then fades after a few games. FACT.

Villa got the raw deal, Baros much better.

Yeah I think it would work, looks good already even though theyre still trying to settle in and Carew not being 100% fit yet.

your a bit early asking that question mate. you need to give them at least a month of playing together. btw Carew has a really rotton attitude. he seems to be hated by his team mates every where he goes

I don`t care to be honest,
How can a professional footballer justify the tens of thousands of pounds he earns in a week to kick a ball around with other men being paid the same silly money.. When many of the porest families in the world have less than 100gbp to live off a year, which is less than David Beckham pays for a haircut.

no I dont think they stand a chance they scored one goal together so far so only time will tell, but they will never be the best striking partnership in the EPL unless they both move to a bigger club in the future
